You have 30 days to put our broom and dustpan set to the test — sweep the kitchen, clean up after the dog, tackle the mudroom. If it’s not the cleaning upgrade you expected, here’s exactly how to return it.

✔ Unused — bristles clean and straight, no visible floor wear, teeth mechanism intact
✔ Complete — broom, dustpan, extendable pole, all components as shipped
✔ Original packaging and any included accessories present
✔ Valid order number provided
Not returnable:
✕ Marked Final Sale or Clearance
✕ Gift cards
✕ Bristle damage from use — matting, crushing, or chemical exposure
✕ Missing components
✕ Past the 30-day window (case-by-case exceptions considered — email us)
─── RETURN PROCESS ───
Step 1 — Request authorization
Email support@nookhub.shop with your order number and a brief reason. We reply within one business day with an RMA number and the Philadelphia return address.
Step 2 — Pack it
Secure the broom handle in its original sleeve (bristle protection). Nest the dustpan. Include the pole extension segment if detached. Write the RMA code on the outside of the box. Include a copy of your order confirmation inside.
Step 3 — Ship it
Use any trackable carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx). Keep your receipt and tracking number. Shipping insurance is optional but recommended.
Step 4 — Inspection & refund
Once received, inspection takes 3–5 business days. You’ll get an email confirming approval and refund initiation.

We pay return shipping for:
→ Defective product (pole won’t lock, teeth won’t engage, rubber lip warped)

→ Shipping damage (photos required within 48 hours)
Original shipping was free, so there’s nothing to recoup on that front.

Defective on arrival → Pole won’t extend. Bristles falling out. Teeth comb skips. Email a photo or short video within the 30-day window. We ship a replacement immediately with a prepaid return label for the defective set.
Wrong item received → Email a photo of what showed up. We cross-ship the correct broom and dustpan with a prepaid return label.
Gift returns → Not the buyer? Email the order number or buyer’s name. We issue store credit to you.
Canadian returns → Same 30-day policy. Return shipping and cross-border fees are the customer’s responsibility. Refund in USD.
No direct exchanges → Return the original and place a new order. It’s faster.
