Orders confirmed before 1:00 PM EST typically process same-day. Weekend and holiday orders begin processing on the next business day. Each broom and dustpan set passes a dispatch quality check:

    We select USPS, UPS, or FedEx based on the fastest reliable route. After the carrier scans your package, you receive an email with: → Carrier name and tracking number

    → Clickable tracking link Tracking typically activates within 24–48 hours. If your status shows “Label Created” beyond two business days, contact us. Address error? Email support@nookhub.shop immediately. Changes are possible before the carrier scans the package. After scanning, contact the carrier directly.

  1. DELIVERY DETAILS
    The set ships in a single elongated box, approximately 40″ × 12″ × 4″, weighing around 3 pounds. Carriers typically leave it at your door or nearest secure location. Delivery attempts: 2–3 before return-to-sender. Address types:

  1. ISSUES & RESOLUTION
    Package marked delivered, not received:
    ① Wait 1 business day — scans can precede physical delivery
    ② Check with neighbors, side doors, behind planters or porch furniture
    ③ Call the carrier for GPS confirmation with your tracking number
    ④ Still missing after steps ①–③? Email us within 7 days. We file a carrier investigation. Not recovered → replacement or refund. Damaged box on arrival:
    → Photograph the box before opening
    → Photograph any damage to the broom, bristles, dustpan, or teeth
    → Email photos + order number within 48 hours
    → Keep packaging for carrier inspection

  1. ORDER CANCELLATION
    Email support@nookhub.shop. Three scenarios: → Before processing: Canceled, full refund
    → During processing: We attempt intercept. Success = full refund
    → After carrier pickup: Cannot cancel. Return per our Return Policy after delivery
